Luscious Cosmetics Face Contour Kit

I’m writing today after quite a while now. Well, I have a good reason for that. I received my bundle of joy last month. I became a mother of a very beautiful and handsome young boy. So I had so much going on in my life and was super occupied. Now that I’m getting back on  track so here is a new review.

My today’s review is of Luscious Cosmetics’ new product that is ‘Matte Drama’ Face Contour Kit. Luscious Cosmetics is my only local favorite brand. No wonder it has so much international demand also. Their luxe brow kit was my first product from their cosmetics line.

Luscious Cosmetics Face Contour Kit

Last month I received this product and due to so much going on in my personal life, I could not test it out. Now that I have tested it out and have used it on some occasions, I am seriously loving it. Their colors and shades are well suited for our skin tones.

Okay, starting with the packaging, The kit comes with a leaflet that well explains the contouring phenomenon and guides for the best results. The kit itself has a tin packaging which contain four shades. There are two contour shades, a matte highlighter and a beautiful cream luminizer. 

Starting with the cream luminizer, this shade is the only cream based product in this kit and is my favourite. It has just the right amount of shimmer and shine and looks gorgeous. I mostly apply it in the inner corners of my eyes and on the brow bone. It changes the look of the face by creating more dimension. As I was playing with it I discovered that it can also be used as an eyeliner above the black eyeliner. It makes the black eyeliner more prominent and neat. It also looks terrific when used on the lids with other eyeshadows.

The Matter Highlighter is best for the oily skin types. As highlighters often gives a shiny effect which can look worse on an oily face. However, being matte, it also does it work my highlighting certain parts of the face without adding anymore shine to it. I have been reaching for it a lot lately.The other two are the contour shades. ‘Medium Drama’ is what I reach for. It’s not so harsh and gives quite a natural look by slimming your face. The formulas are easily blendable and soft in texture.

 The contouring is well explained according to each face shape. I really appreciate how they have provided a guidence leaflet for their customers so that everyone can use it confidently. Wether one is a pro or totally new to the makeup.

I really recommend this kit to the brides-to-be or new brides as many of them are new in the makeup world. This will make their life a little bit easier. 

The product is worth every rupee you will invest in it and it will last you forever unless you are a professional makeup artist. The colors can also be used as the transition shades in eye makeup. Before receiving this kit, I was using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour kit and I’m happy to say that the quality of the product is same as that one.
