Salina Cosmetics cocogrow review

Hello there ladies, I hope you’re all in good health. Today’s post is another review. It’s a product that I have been using a lot lately and really loving it. Being a person with dry locks, I am always in a hunt to find good products that really suits and nourish my hair. I treat my hair with different oils and masks every now and then. Some treatments work and some don’t.

As the winter is approaching, I have started to treat my hair even more often as they usually get drier this season. I’m glad that I discovered this effective product such in time when I needed something like this the most.

  • Salina Cosmetics, one of our local brands, sent me their ‘just launched‘ product, ‘Cocogrow‘. When I received this in my mail, I was very excited to use this. It’s an organic hair mask with some really good ingredients like:
  • pure coconut oil,
  • pure cocoa butter,
  • beeswax
  • and mint essential oil.

The fragrance of the product is a mixture of mint and coconut, that makes it quite refreshing and pampering.cocogrow-salinacosmetics-zoom

They recommend to apply it directly into your scalp and on onto your ends and leave it for good 15 to 30 minutes before taking shower. They also recommend to wrap your hair in a warm towel so that the product penetrates the hair maximum and gives you optimum results. I did as it was directed. I washed my hair with my favorite Sunsilk lusciously thick and strong shampoo and did not use any conditioner. The instant result that I noticed after washing my hair hair was that my locks were smoother, soft and silky. Using this product frequently really improved the texture of my hair.Cocogrow -Salina Cosmetics

The best thing about this hair mask is that it’s totally organic and there are no side effects to it if you use it often. Even pregnant women can enjoy this. A little bit of the product lasts you a long time and one bottle retails for 950 PKR, which, in my opinion, is quite a reasonable price for such pure and organic product. Cocogrow -Salina Cosmetics

Talking about the packaging, the bottle is made of good plastic and the lid is strong and nicely seals the product. The product itself is of thick consistency and you need to pump hard to get it out of the bottle.Cocogrow -Salina Cosmetics This consistency of the product is due to the presence of pure coconut oil. As soon as you spread the product between the palms of your hand, it melts down and becomes very easy to apply.

The application process is quite hassle free and does not make a mess like it usually happens when applying ordinary oils in the hair.

I am very much happy with this product and would love to repurchase it. I’m glad that I discovered such a nourishing product and I highly recommend it to my readers. You can buy this product online from their website: http://www.salinacosmetics.com

I love it too! We used to make our own coconut oil for our hair but since we’re kind of busy today, we seldom find time to make such. And this one, I sure hope to find something similar to this.
